“esse-sense Academic Talk (Yaesu Lighthouse Meeting)” provides the place for office workers and local community leaders to think about the future world with researcher’s knowledge and point of view. Fifth meeting was held on 2024/5/21. In this meeting, Prof. Tachibana introduced the evolution of the solar system with “rock” and what is revealed through the analysis of samples from “Ryugu” brought by “Hayabusa 2”.
In his talking, he showed the replica of container to seal the samples of “Ryugu”. He also introduced his latest achievement and how he researches with photos and videos. His exciting talks attracted the participants.
After his talk, many on-site and online participants actively asked their questions, and Prof. Tachibana answered them closely. There is a question from elementary school student. Some participants asked many times. Q and A session was excited, and it became “the place to talk” of active participants and talker.
We want to broaden researches and educations of earth and planetary science through such presentation and to inform people about the fund to support the researches and educations of earth and planetary science.
